Can you help if I don’t speak Japanese?
Yes. We handle communication with local contractors, suppliers, and municipalities. You don’t need to navigate the system alone.
Can you help me find and renovate an akiya (vacant house)?
Yes. We support both the search and renovation process. From evaluating properties to designing and rebuilding, we help turn old houses into livable spaces.
